Hello, this is the apparently deleted Mr. Higashi. I only figured out what happened when I saw this thread. I suppose there's been a bunch of stuff that's gone down with fake accounts or something? My account wasn't fake, I have never registered at the site before, although I have lurked around mostly about 2 years ago. I dodn't post anything wierd or suspicious though. I can understand being on guard against people trying to mess around and stir up trouble, but it seemed a bit harsh. I want to try again so I made this account hoping it wouldn't happen again. If my account causes any trouble or posts offensive or annoying spam I can understand deleting it and I wouldn't want to come back again because I would not want to come where I wasn't welcome. But I would think a forum would want more members? If my IP reads as anonymous it's because the 3 PCs I use at home are not configured by me but by my father who is a tech nut and insists on having control of our home network. I haven't ever had a problem with this before at any other forums, so I never thought it was a problem. I hope the moderators and mr Tonk wont make a fuss now that I have explained the situation. I am not going to stir up trouble or flame anyone. Thanks.

I was new once, and I do feel kind of bad for the intese scrutiny these new people are getting put under. This one seemed like a witch hunt when I first read it. When I first thought about joining, I was working in an office that had a rolling IP. I would hate to think I would have been denied membership based on that fact.

It's hard to type as somebody else... Well, that's not entirely true. It is actually very easy to pretend to be another person completely. The thing is, most people try to be the complete polar opposite of their other account. "I should say this because my other account always said that." Case in point, nobody likes being singled out as the "new-guy." The truth is, we're all pretty similar and normally the extreme is just completely false-sounding. Think about that before your next post.
