so i was in talks with the guy (ken) to get my dimm repaired. i sent it out on the 10th of april.
i sent him an email on the 15th to see if he had gotten it yet, to which he replied he did, so he had it as early as the 15th if not sooner.
he then tells me on the 18th that he wont be able to do fix it (he says its a standard bga fix) till some time between monday and wednesday. 21st-23rd.
he then tells me on the 23rd that its ready to ship and to call him to pay. he doesnt give me a number, so i email him back. he gets back to me that night with a number and a half hour window to call him in, i didnt get the email till after then. he says i can also call him in the morning, which i miss because i slept in (i was sick.)
when i did wake up i emailed him asking if i can just pay online with paypal, and he says ok. this is the monring of the 24th.
for whatever reason i didnt pay him till that night, i was either busy, out, sleeping, whatever.
now its the 1st, ive sent emails on the 24th, 29th, and again today asking for a tracking number or atleast shipping confirmation. he has yet to reply.
this is really getting frustrating since everything ive read about him mentioned a fast turn-around time.
