Those are feedback that he left for a seller. I don't know that I'd trust buying stuff from a guy who has only 2 EBay feedback, both of which were him as the buyer. Not saying he's a scammer, just shady with recycled EBay pics.

1. The sale of ANY bootleg cart will not be tolerated. A bootleg cart is any cart that does not contain legitimate SNK ROM chips. The NGH number of the game (which can be found on the Master List hosted here) should be printed on each chip. Some games may have a couple EPROMs on them from repairs, sales of such games is fine. But if the cart is all EPROMs, it is a bootleg, and should not be listed.

Liquidamart is not exactly a respected seller on the bay or on these forums. And why would they need you to act as a seller for them? They can't rip off enough people by themselves? I don't think a feedback of 2 on Ebay and zero feedback here qualifies as being someone you can trust. Buyer beware, would ask seller to ship first if you're interested in being price gouged and would like to roll the dice.
