So today I received 2 DVDs, one says Tekken 5.1, the other says Tekken 5 on it. They came with one magicgate card, copied artwork and manual. What's this stuff worth? Long story short, but I ended up getting it basically for free. Does the same magicgate card work on both?

EDIT: Answered my own questions after plenty of searching. Last set like this went for $500 on EBay :multi_co:

I got mine for about that. I'm sure somebody will jump in here and say "I bought it for 150" which would be either a lie or a GREAT deal.

Play 5.1. They balanced it out a lot more. My boy Lei is better in that version. Steve and Nina are still awesome, but not quite as awesome.

I love this game. Have a dedicated cab for it. I think it's tops. I just wish I could get a card reader for it. If anyone here knows where they sell them, I want one and at least a few cards, too.

Thanks for the response, I don't have a System 256 setup, I may just put this up on EBay or see if I get any bites in the FS forum here. I guess I could hang onto it in case I ever do get a System 256 system, but not likely with the limited storage space I have at my place.

Oh, just the game and dongle? Oh... I'd say about $350. I thought you meant the whole thing. That changes things a great deal. I got mine for $500 and it was the system, Tekken 5.1, and a marquee in awesome condition.

No, not really. That' what they should go for. It's not like I got the arcade machine, just the system game and marquee. It's fucking awesome on a nice set up with high res monitor, I must say!

I believe that was mine that i sold on ebay for a little over 500, i had copies of tekken 5/5.1 and the dongle that i didn't need and they were just sitting there. To be completely honest, i thought they would go for about 50 bucks, i came back to check my auction and it blew up, a bunch of bids and it was at 500! To my surprise the buyer actually paid (he was overseas) and that was that.

I don't think this is the going price for it though, i think spike had a better estimate at around 300 - 350. SC 3 on ebay (for 246/256) went for about 350+ last time i checked.

If its already on ebay, i suggest starting it real low ( i started mine at 50 dollar since i didn't think it would go up that high)

good luck selling it!

Hey they got anymore for that price? Everytime I go to coinopexpress and see a kit for $2495.00 I cringe. I could get a whole machine for about $500.00 cheaper
