I have a jamma cab that had a 4 slot and 5v neg wire is present in harness.
I hooked a cps 2 board set and no sound.
I 'm sure with the R/L pre-out type connectors that may be part of it but these cps2 boards are all new to me so any help would be appreciated.
thanks again
Adam

I've been dealing with the CPS-2 Stereo issue as well. Since I have a TV Tube in my Cab, I am using the Audio Output to get Stereo sound from my CPS-2 Red and White outputs. I hooked up the audio wires from the TV PCB to my cab speakers.

I bought one of these from Ebay as a back up plan. The one in this link is Yellow, the one I purchased is Silver.

I may use it just for the Volume control. I don't have any type of external volume control.

Although it's not Q-Sound, being able to utilize the Audio Output on the CPS-2 board makes a big difference.

I've been told that the Q-Sound Amp is just a standard amp...

It doesn't do anything special...

The Q-Sound effect is done on the CPSII hardware.

So does that mean I have Q-Sound AKA Stereo Sound?

Q sound is set of logarithms to simulate 3-D effects using two speakers.

It has been used in Console games, Audio CD's and Arcade games...
