speaker reccomendations?

i just put my stereo sound amp in one of my cabs. i hooked up an amplified game and the volume was too high and yeah, i blew my speaks.

it never ends.

before i go and order some shits from happ or something, is there anyhting better i should go for? i think theyre 5".

What kind of amp did you install?

Get speakers that meet the rating of the amp...

I suggest car speakers.... Since they are often coaxial and 4ohms...

its the us naomi stereo amp. came out of an original virtua tennis. whole jvs setup.

i want to get car speakers (or just something nicer than the usual arcade speakers from happ,) but theyre a bit more $$, and i cant find 5" ones. unless 5 1/4" will fit.

that'd be cool. are they 5"?

im thinking 5x7" car speaks would fit, but im pretty sure the more usual 5 1/4" wont.

for the mean time i hooked up some speakers from a stereo and it sounds awesome. theres just nowhere to put em.
