Where is this from?

I am getting a neo toploading power supply. Can someone tell me if the psu is European or American? It has a 2 pin plug, so can't be UK. Here are the details:

Input:AC110V-240V 28W 50/60Hz
OutputC 5V2A, DC 10V1A

I can send a pic if necessary to help identification

it'll work in either country, voltage-wise. might need a plug adapter, but it's autoswitching between 110 and 220 v.

Can you tell if it is an Amercian or European model?
