The model 1's go for between $50-100. They seem to be worth more than the Model 2's.

no way, not that much, more like $40. They do still have the fuseable resistor.

No doubt you can find one for $40 if you look, but I have seen many go for more than that. Even on this forum, when I listed one for sale some months back, I was getting offers in the $60-75 (shipped) range.
