Question: How much is Marvel VS SF PSX/SS worth?

I've been looking around for the PSX or the more desirable SS ver of Marvel VS SF but the prices on e-bay are just beyond crazy. My question is, how much are they really worth? I'm interested in buying one of either format for the right price aslong as they're JPN format.

Saturn:

Without Ram Cart: $10-$20.
With Ram Cart: $20-$30ish.

It's pretty cheap.

How exactly are they beyond crazy on eBay? I just looked and Saturn versions (why would you want the PSX version at all if you can play the SS one?) sell for around or under $20...
