No green video from MV1-FZS

I only have 1 game(Metal Slug X) to test with right now, but when in game I get no green in my video signal. But during boot up and in the test menu I have green video. I cleaned the contacts in the cart and the bard a bit, but it didn't do anything. Please help.

No green, or weird looking green. A picture might help

The green output on the test screen is a single color. You need to put a UniBIOS chip in it to see the green scale test.

There's a 74LS05 IC and a bunch of resistors near the JAMMA connector. Check each resistor with an ohmmeter and replace any bad ones... next replace that 74LS05.

Thanks for the advice so far. I just won the bard off of ebay so if it really is the board I'll just try and return it. But also here are a few pics.
