Unit is a silver Samsung Z5 MP3 player with a 4GB capacity and a 1.8 inch color LCD. This is an amazingly light and thin player, if you're like me and hate huge bulky players, you'll love it.
Comes with the Samsung USB/Charger cable and a clear silicone DLO slip-jacket.
The screen is flawless, the back of the unit has some light scratching and scuffs that you can't see unless the jacket is off and you're up close. Sound quality is amazing, much better than the ipod in bass response and clarity.
This is a 4GB flash memory based player, it has a JPEG/GIF viewer, a text file viewer and can also be used as a mass storage device in UMS mode. It also has features like an on-the-go playlist, album art, gapless playback, custom user EQ settings and it supports MP3/WMA/OGG Vorbis.
The Z5 has an external volume control and a hold switch, besides the normal touch pad controls.
The unit connects to any PC or Mac via UMS for drag and drop functionality or MTP (syncs with WMP in MTP). The unit requires no software, it is plug and play.
This is a great unit and has been flawless for me for a little over a year, I paid 239.99 for it new from bestbuy. I just got a new player so I will no longer use this, it might as well go to another home.
