Sounds like it's not Slug 3, but the Sgt. Allen Chronicles or whatever.

I had Metal Slug on my mobile a few years ago, and it was horrible. I hope this is better....

I have Metal Slug on my phone, and it's terrible. The one game I downloaded that was surprisingly good and also looked great was Resident Evil: The Missions.
