MVS Carts in Test Mode

Does anyone know how to get MVS carts out of test mode? I picked up a few from a local operator but they're all stuck in test and I can't figure out what to do for the life of me

You should check dip switches on the side of your mobo, all of them should on the same position (0).

Specifically, make sure dip switch 1 isn't on when you power your mvs. If you still have trouble with your board going straight into hardware test when you boot, try cleaning your carts and slots and/or swapping the carts into other slots, wiggling them about a bit or not slotting them in all the way (pull them back out about a milimeter). This does the trick for me...
