I'm not sure about Oklahoma rates for shipping, but in the NY/NJ the rates in and out of the metro area can get expensive. I got a quote from a Long Island dealer for a cab to be delivered to Northern, NJ. He quoted me $250.00 and no definite timeframe on the date of delivery. They deliver to family centers first before a home sale delivery. I say:
1: Rent a Truck or borrow one. One with a hyro lift even better
2: Pick up a buddy or two.
3: Get a dolly with the two front straps.
4: Have beer and burgers back at the house.
My last cab purchace was $100.00 to deliver within 10 miles. I hate this area.
