Super Dodge Ball - Boot? Me thinks so :(

Hi folks...this is my first time posting in this section.
I have a super dodgeball MVS cart I actually got several months ago...I got it relatively cheap on ebay. Luckily it works perfectly. Initially I used to be too scared to open up carts, but now i had some free time on my hands and figured what hell, and opened the sucker up...

I think it certainly a boot, but would like someone w/ some more experience to please confirm for me :)

Yep, I'm afrid it's a nasty one too.
eBay seller is....NRVG? JRIII? BLBGR? YTN100%wrk?
Those particular low level boots should be removed from circulation completely and tossed in the garbage.

bummer...I kinda knew it was a boot, but was hoping otherwise :)

the seller was not one of the standard ebay sellers we know and love. he's called "King's Buy Sell Trade", but I dont think this person normally deals in Neo Geo games
