My psp went down the ol' toilet

A long time ago, my brother dropped my Game Boy in the toilet.

My 2 yr old yanked my Dreamcast off a shelf once. It did a faceplant(controller port side=face) onto the hardwood floor. I tried to stop it, and it was like those movies where the dude dives to save something and everything goes slow motion.

I didn't catch it...but somehow it survived. Divine intervention?

Yikes... Whatever you do, don't try to turn it on. Remove the battery, wipe up any excess water, and dry it out first.

rocket gives good advice happens alot with cell phones. Had it happen to my laptop a few times due to friends spilling drinks but thankfully usually its fine (one trip to dells center to fix) anyway that sucks man. I dropped my gameboys and ngpc a couple times each once a gameboy in the toilet. all survived.

exactly.

i dropped a blackberry in the toilet once, as long as you let it completely dry out for a few days, it will power on fine.

if need be, leave it outside in the hot sun to be completely sure it'll dry out.

Here it is, proof that Dash isn't always trolling.

Anyways, I've dropped my slim PSP straight onto my linoleum-then-concrete floors twice, and both times, everything fell out: the battery, the disc, etc.

Miraculously, it's completely unharmed. Hardly even scratched, if you can believe that.

Too bad my screen is less then mint. Seems like a stiff breeze will mark it up to shit... Why oh why didn't I buy a screen protector?
