Euro 21pin with XRGB-3?

Will the Euro 21pin (scart) work with an xrgb-3?

The 21 pin RGB on the X-RGB units is Japanese 21 pin RGB.

This is the same size, etc as SCART/Peritel, but the pins are totally swapped around.

So the answer is no.. SCART will not work with Japanese 21 pin RGB.

It is possible to make an adapter though, female SCART in line socket, to male SCART plug.

The female SCART in line socket is wired to accept the European SCART signals, and then these go down the cable to the male SCART plug, which is wired for Japanese 21 pin RGB.

I can make one if you want, at a reasonable price, just drop me a PM. With it, you can use any European SCART with any X-RGB unit.
