Yep...same roms, boards, etc on all regions of the carts. The only difffernce is which areas of the graphics get accessed by the bios...so all the euro, us, and jap info is in a neo cart and what gets shown is based on your bios chip. The only difference between regions of carts is the label...and if its a fake label that cant be trusted anymore either.
