Interest check: Rock Band (complete) and Guitar Hero 2 (complete) for Xbox 360

I've been thinking of selling these both off as space is at a premium, and with a baby on the way, time will not be my friend. I have the complete Rock Band set with everything, including original boxes, in superb condition plus an extra USB hub and headset adapters making it a total of 4 headset adapters. Then I have Guitar Hero 2 with Xplorer guitar complete. I do not have the box, but everything is in great condition as well. So here's a rundown of what you get:

- Rock Band game
- Rock Band guitar
- Rock Band drum set w/ sticks
- Rock band mic
- All boxes that came with the set
- Extra headset adapters and USB hub
- Guitar Hero 2 game
- Xplorer guitar
- About 8 downloaded songs (Although I'm not sure how to get them to you)

I'm thinking of selling as a set or seperate. What's a fair price for all of this shipped?
