You are gonna laugh at me, but I never used that pcb, I only played the game until recently using razoola's unibios. I got the kit around 3-4 years ago, and for the longest time I never used it, I just kept in the box.

And thanks for all the interest guys, I'm going through the Pm's now, I haven't been around because of midterms, but now I'm in spring break:buttrock: . There is one offer for $300 for the SVSS kit.

I imagine the extra board is for the trackball hookup and to activate the air compressor(s).

Its definatly the trackball interface. As for the air compressors and lights its part of the equasion. According to the schematic it looks as if there are daughter cards to run the lights and compressors in a dedicated cab...I have yet to find anyone with a dedicated cab willing to take a look and possably some good pics of the boards. Personaly I would love to reproduce the extra daughter cards so people could make full conversions with light, air, everything. But yes the extra board is the trackball interface...however I have not tried but as I understood it you needed a board with a special bios to make proper use of it even with the daughtercard (unless you play with a stick through the unibios). So you would have to either find one of the original IRMaze MV1B boards or slap an IRMaze bios chip into another 1slot to use the daughtercard and trackball interface. I will have to try that out one of these days to be posative though.

You don't need the special bios to use the trackball, the unibios is enough. Of course you still need the IM interface. Check the stickied thread in tech. You can get the trackball to work on any MVS or AES systems that have controller ports or the dedicated 8-pin connector and with a little mod even on the MV-1FZ and MV-1A.

The trackball itself is missing within your kit.

What's your highest offer on SSVS so far?

Best Regards
