I had a blue phantom before and the only games I couldnt play were the newer playmore games like Metal Slug 5, I could play KOF2003 but it had a problem with 2 player mode or something. If you can get a phantom for $100 or less I'd go for it but honestly for the amount you're gonna pay for an SC2 converter you can make a MVS home console. But if you only want to have an AES then get the SC2 converter.
