I have two neogeo mvs systems at home,,,I dont want to mess one of them up for SvsC so is there anywhere that i can find a step by step on how to set my cab up to put in the SvcC setup and not dismember my babies they are both pefect condition and origianl red and black 4 slot cabs.

So the SvC board is in MVS format, not Jamma? Any sound rewiring to be done?

Ok, I work for an arcade operator and have a JAMMA wiring diagram sitting next to me. Did you get a wiring diagram sheet with your kit? (You should have if it is new). The easiest way to see if it is jamma or not is what wires your diagram says are sound (one side will be numbered, the other lettered). If you can tell me that, I can compare to standard JAMMA and tell you (and the rest of the members, I know I've been dieing to find out if this is standard JAMMA or a "NeoGeo" JAMMA)which it is.

over 6,000 registered users and no one knows,,?come on ,,will svc simply plug int a real neo geo 4 slot without any modificaion..If nt i guess all the neo geo people might as well go buy a jamma cabinet or wait till svc releases on e ps2 the first of 2004,according to EGM magizine and samuri showdown XO..I have asked snk nd no response aout svc wking in a neo4slot without modifiation

If it would need rewiring and stuff then it wouldnt be mvs ,What playmore have done have made it to the way a 1 2 4 or 6 slot is made where the connecter plugs str8 into the harness and then switch it on and it works,

if it wasnt like that it would not be of neo geo mvs specifications and would be known as some other form of format .

thanks for the answer to my question I can now go ahead and spend my 600.00 or so on SVC and not be afraid do so, thanks for people like yougys on here. And $#%^# others that want to flame everyone. I never intended for anyone to take my post in that way, And I have countless times on here even givin others things for free and even payed shippin over the years. so yes i do and always will contrbute to anyonein this neo community.
