Kizuna Jap: original with yellow sticker on cart ?

All pics I've seen from Kizuna Encounter Jap, carts were without the yellow Warning sticker on them.

I've seen a Kizuna cart WITH that yellow sticker, so I'm not sure game could be original or not.

What do you thing ?
