How do I check to make sure my power supply is producing the right voltage? I don't know exactly where to put the muti-meter leads. I have a dedicated 4slot, so I think it's the original power supply. Thanks!

You should touch the leads to the pinout on the board. Right behind the JAMMA connector. You could also try disconnecting the JAMMA connector and touching the leads of the meter to the pins in it.

The board will draw around 5 amps, so its a good idea as SNKFreak suggests,to measure the voltage on the mvs/jamma edge connect otherwise the voltage will rise without the load, the wires from the psu can drop a volt or so as a result .Best result for me is about 5.2 volts at the board.
