Is this Zed Blade MVS card a boot?

Here I have a Zed Blade card which has these tiny MX chips on it. I think that the board is legit, but the roms are boots. Or do you think that this is a repaired card?

Sorry to say but its a boot. No MX chips were ever used on any MVS game unless its a boot. Now sure what game the boards are from but some one on here can tell you. Even though its a boot I suggest taking some electrical tape and covering the Eprom windows with it.

Those particular MX chips without the windows are flash chips, not EPROMs.

The 29 series of MX chips are Flash EEPROMs.

The biggest issue I see is the speed on the S1 chip...its rated at 200ns and may actually be reading faster but 150ns is the max as far as I understood it to work to spec. It may work but if you have problems with that cart you may want to replace your S1 chip with something a little faster. Personaly I keep all my roms at 120ns max and try for around 90-100ns when building homebrew carts.
