I'm a little hesitant to open up this can of worms, but here goes. I'm thinking about selling my hotel unit and I'm looking for serious interested parties. Note the word serious.

I would like to limit this to the US as this thing is massive and shipping overseas would be prohibitively expensive. On that note, shipping this thing anywhere is going to be quite costly, so take that into account before you PM me.
