Post Order Reverse in Chat

I was wondering if we could get an option in the User Prefs to change the chat order, so that new posts go up top. There was a similar feature in old-chat.

Would really help out for browsers that don't scroll down after auto-refreshing.

Probably something that will just fix itself with the browser software updates, but it's really annoying now for some people.
