Feedback on Cheapcheap321

Bought a Neo Geo game from him on ebay, he told me 2 days after my payment that he had shipped it to another buyer.

He told me that he will check his friend in Japan who possibly can get another copy.

So far so good.

Weeks later(payment sent on November 26th) he told me that its only a matter of 2-3 days than he knows if he gets another copy or not.

At this point I decided that its better to get my money back and he told me that he will send it back to me and this was 3 days ago now.

No response from him since.

I opened a file on ebay about a not received item and now I have to wait.

Anyone else here has some experience with this guy?

I have not dealt with the dude personally, so unfortunately I can't give you an honest opinion of him. What was the game by the way?

Everything went well in the end, the seller fully refunded my money.

Not *exactly* Neo-Geo related (try Dreamcast), but I'm in a similar situation with this guy...saw something pretty rare, took a chance and though he replied to all mails I sent him BEFORE payment, once he took the money, apart from a "thanks, payment received" mail and a positive feedback mark, I've now heard nothing back from him despite a number of mails sent his way since the start of the month when the payment went through.

gah. i suspect the item will turn up, but in a very lame "when I can be bothered to send it" fashion. not sure how this encourages repeat buyers (which you think he'd want), but there you go. I won't be buying from him again either way, not worth the hassle.
