Trouble using the functions of Logic3 arcade stick for PS2?

I've just got this stick:

I got it second hand without box nor instructions, so I just don't know how to operate it. It has a Turbo (I assume for autofire), a Program (to program some moves) and a Mode (I wonder what is it for) buttons with leds. I've messed a bit with them I got odd results, like it stopping working or autofire on start button (some people call that slow motion LOL ).

It's the first time I have a programmable controller like that, any hint will be welcome. Thanks.

Well, from time to time thst controller stops working, and randomly pressing the Mode, Turbo and Program buttons then it works again. Also sometimes select and start don't work. I'm kinda pissed. Any suggestion about where to get help? I might send an e-mail to the manufacturers.
