Okay, I had a not-so-great transaction with SNK-NEO-GEO back in July. At first, I didn’t want to make it public to the forum, because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. In light of his recent stunt on in the following thread:

I want to bring a sour transaction I had with him to the forum’s attention.

Back in July, I bought from him a lot of 7 AES carts on ebay: Among the carts were Last Blade 2, KOF 2000 US, and 5 others (Last Blade, Sam Sho 2, Sam Sho 3, Sam Sho 4, and World Heroes 2). I paid $1000, plus $30 shipping.

At the same time, I also bought a lot from him of NGCD games (an NGCD and over about 30 games). I paid about $700, plus $50 shipping.

As for the NGDC games, one game, Art of Fighting US version, was missing. He stated that he could not find it but would send it when he found it.

As for the AES games, in the item description, he very clearly stated, and I quote, “LAST BLADE 2 IN NEAR MINT CONDITION COMPLETE.”

When I got it, there was a long (one-inch tear), in the cover, as well as the plastic part the holds the cover to the case. The cart was very clearly NOT IN NEAR MINT CONDITION, though he stated that it was.

I filed a paypal dispute on both the missing Art of Fighting CD, and the tear in the Last Blade 2 (which he stated was in near mint condition). I requested compensation for both the missing CD and for the tear. I requested a partial refund. He did refund me $30 for the missing CD.

However, as for the Last Blade 2 cart, he refused and instead insisted that I send everything back for a full refund. I eventually resolve the dispute with him by closing it because I didn’t want to send the whole lot back (two reasons: I didn’t want to lose money on return shipping, and I also still wanted to keep the KOF 2000 US AES cart).

At the time, I let it slide (for the two reasons mentioned above). However, in light of his dishonest stunt in the other thread, I am making this transaction known to the forum. Not only is his bogus story in the other forum, not to be trusted, but neither are his item descriptions. He will state that an “item is NEAR MINT CONDITION” when it has a big tear in it. So be doubtful of anything he tries to sell.

Well I told you before and I would say it again you are just coplaining for the 2 games one that I have given you your money back for 30 dollars and the other one you wanted me to give you an additional 200 dollars which was not a fair thing to do, I told you to send everything back and that I was going to give you the refund but you did not want to you refused so at that part I washed my hands at the end you told me to only give you the refund for the neo geo cd game, if you were unsatisfied with the games you should have sent them back with no questions asked but you did not want to,,,, so who's fault was it mines or yours? I guess yours .
At the end you were happy with the games you just wanted me to give you the refund of the game which you wanted the full price sold on ebay for 200 dollars,
but never realized that if I were to break down prices for the whole lot those 200 dollars would ended up being like 20 dollars for such a good deal that I gave you and now you are still crying.

You probably switched up the game and wanted me to fuck me over, becasue when I sent you the games, they were all in superb condition, otherwise you should have sent them back.

First, I did get a good deal on the KOF 2000 AES. But that doesn't change the fact that you listed LAST BLADE 2 as "NEAR MINT CONDITION" when it had a big tear in it. Giving a good deal on one item doesn't mean it's okay to deceive about the condition of another.

Second, I didn't demand $200 from you. I asked you for a partial refund for the tear in Last Blade 2, and you refused a refund of any amount. Instead, you insisted that I send everything back for a full refund. Why didn't I want to send everything back? Two reasons: If I send everything back, I end up losing money (rather than breaking even) because I have to pay out of pocket to return the items to you. Also, I still wanted to keep KOF 2000.

Third, you didn't give me anything to compensate for the tear in Last Blade 2. You gave me $30 to compensate for the missing Art of Fighting CD; you refused to budge on the Last Blade 2 cart.

You have lost sight of the fact that I am not complaining that you did not want to compensate for the damaged item. My complaint is that YOU MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM.

I have told many members here before if u are not satisfied with what you are buying from me, I will issue you a full refund with no questions asks, people have a different way of describing items you might say near mint but the item was in excellent condition etc. but if a person is not satisfied a refund has alwasy been offered.

I tried my best to ship my items as soon as I can and like I said my role is not to scamm anybody and I am not planing to do so either never though about it in doing so, becasue I know how it feels being scammed by somebody.

I can not believe people never listen or can not comprehend like I said before if u are unsatisfied after purchasing with me or whatever the case is I am always open for a full refund but I expect to get my items the same way they were shipped that is is..

and If I misrepresent something that maybe because not all the people describe their items the same as people would think they are.
Some people might say is in excellent condition but the person who receives it think is in near mint or the other way around etc.

this selling was like a year ago when I did not have as many feedbacks as I do today so everything is in the past now, so if he did not accept the full refund was not my fault the refund was offered so I still do not understand why he is complaining and whining what else could I do if the full refund was offered.

If the buyer is not happy with the purchase a refund is offered if the buyer does not want the refund then he is satisfied right.
