How do I seal a Neo CD PSU?

I have just bought a USA frontloading neo cd and the previous owner has opened the power supply unit(psu). To seal the psu up he had used black insulation tape, which looks messy. Has anyone got any suggestions of how to make it look a neater job?
Would it be possible to use super glue (or another substance)or would that melt when the psu got hot?

Use black Silicone sealant. It's waterproof and has very high heat resistance.

Can I get black Silicone sealant from any DIY shop? (Isn't it normally white and used for bathrooms?) Is it not advisable to use any types of glue (I have loads of glue at home)?

Also I am getting a top loading neo cd not a front loading as stated in the first post.
