I'm replacing my cabs monitor. Help!

I'm getting a new wells gardner monitor tomorrow. Is it as simple as taking out the old one and replacing it with the new one? Exactly what will I have to do? Thanks!

Just a couple of tips.

1. Make shure the crt is discharged before removing the anode cap.

2. Look out for ground wires, especially the ones from the crt base pcb and from the aquadag (thats the one that connects from the sprung braided conductor around the back of the tube)
If you forget to connect them back and fire up, you may get extreamly high voltage arcing to ground which may cause damage not only to the monitor pcb but the mother board also.
