I have a neo geo 1 slot mvs in a dynamo cab that i dont use that much. It has a brand new monitor in it and works fine. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used an arcade monitor for there supergun. I already have a neo 29 so i dont think i need 2 big full size arcades of the same thing. Or i might just sell the cabinet, i was just wondering what you thought of using an arcade monitor for a supergun.

If you can find some type of housing for it, the arcade monitor is better since it can take straight RGB signals. Just find some decent housing.

If you have the room, why not keep both cabs ??

I was thinking of building some type of wooden housing or something. I dont want to have 2 of the same cabs and especially when i have a neo 29 that has a 29inch monitor versus a 19inch

Your local friendly TV repair guy may have an empty junk TV cab that you could use providing the crt and pcb mounts OK.
Whats wrong with having two of the same cabs, would never split the twins up

i would just be getting rid of a conversion cabinet. If it was a dedicated neo cabinet like my neo 29 i wouldnt be getting rid of it.

I would keep the cabinet but if you dont have room sell it so you can buy more mvs carts :) also if you sell it some neo geo less person will be able to experience the glory that is mvs.
