Does it use a CPS2 kick harness for buttons 4 and 5, or it has its own funky wiring on the Jamma?

Hmmmm, the Sigma Raijin (my supergun) has the button layout for Streefighter 2 type of games, like this:

1,2,3
4,5,6

For Atomiswave it becomes:

1,2,3
4,5,NA

Which is correct....

And when using Neo Geo it becomes:

A,B,C
D,Select,NA

Which is pretty fucked up.

I guess I can make a 'patch cable' which assigns buttons like this instead:

B,C,D
A, Select,NA

Would be better, no?

Yep, Sigma uses it's own pinout on the edge connector, I'm surprised an adapter didn't come with it, no?

Yea, the only way would be custom wiring. It makes sense that the buttons come up that way on your SG, as ABCD map to JAMMA buttons 1234 in that order.

Some of the Atomiswave games let you choose button configurations in the setup. I was able to set up one that worked for me with a 6 button CP.

Well yes, I have an "allmighty jamma harness". It lets you connect mostly anything to it, and it does. Its just that Neo Geo comes up a bit weird as explained further above. But fret not, a fix is in the pipeline ;)
