Get rid of them altogether and let our sigs (and to a lesser extent our posts) determine our personality/individuality.

Seriously though, I actually kind of like them the way they are.

Just the way it's always been here and I've come to like it.

Although, as awesome as I think qube is, I still don't get how his came to bigger.

Out of a mild sense of curiosity, maybe someone can fill me in on that one.

It does seem a tad unfair.

But as I said, qube is awesome, so I'll let it slide.

Not sure either, but I don't abuse it. Mine is only slightly larger than the allowed limit, so I'd like to be able to keep it.

I was hoping no one would ever notice, now I might lose it :(

if people can have screen-filling sigs or animated gifs that are a couple megabytes in size, I don't see the harm in having a slightly larger avatar.
