Post the IP addresses of (most) banned members, and scammers :)

I think it would be a good idea to post the IP addresses of scammers, and members banned under obnoxious / extremely offensive circumstances. A separate forum, or a sticky in the feedback forum with IP lists and ranges would be useful.

We need Judge Dredd for this one.
