Ok, as my garage renovation continues, my funds have run dry. This means, I need to sell more things so that I can continue the garage conversion. I'm putting all my RGB monitors, and RGB cables up for sale. I decided to put RGB monitors with rgb cables in a package deal. Now, here's the part that sucks..... RGB Packages #1 and #2 are too heavy to ship. So the only way you can get one of these packages, is either if you live in Sacramento, or the general Northern California area. I'm willing to drive 1 hour from Sacramento, in whichever direction to meet you, if necessary. RGB packages #3 and #4 can be shipped no problem.

RGB Package 1:
You get a Sony GVM-2000 RGB monitor. The Sony GVM-2000 looks more like a normal 20 inch TV, just heavier. Supposedly, the GVM-2000 works with computers too, for progressive scan. I think it needs some type of adapter or something to do that. I never got around to getting the adapter, and just used it for regular analog RGB for game systems.

Ok, so you get a Sony GVM-2000 monitor. Then you also get, a custom RGB adapter cable to use with the monitor. The cable has the 4 BNC type connectors on one end, that plug into virtually any Sony PVM rgb monitor with BNC type RGB inputs, and on the other end it has a 9 pin female Dsub connector that is wired for Commodore 1084S-D1 type rgb cables. So any cable with a male DB9 that has the pinout of the 1084S-D1 will work with this adapter. Here is a look at the adapter:
This fine adapter was actually made for me by R.A. Rusk. A very talented guy when it comes to RGB cables and the like.
Now, in addition to getting the RGB monitor, and the RGB adapter for 1084S-D1 cables, you also get a special adapter that will allow you to use regular Commodore 1084 rgb cables. You see the 1084S-D1 and regular 1084 cables have a different RGB pinout. Any regular Commodore 1084 rgb cable with a female DB9 plug will work with this adapter. This special adapter was also made by Mr. R.A. Rusk.
The nice thing about having both of these adapters, is that if you ever buy any pre-existing 1084 type rgb cable (as long as it has a DB9 connector on it), you know you can use it with this setup.
Ok, so you get the GVM-2000, both adapters, so you can use any type of Commodore 1084 type rgb cable (with a 9 pin Dsub type connector), and I'm also going to throw in several RGB cables for various gaming systems.
Sega Saturn RGB cable - This cable will work as a standalone Sega Saturn RGB cable with Commodore 1084S-D1 monitors, as well as work with the above adapter to work with Sony RGB monitors with the BNC inputs.
Super Nintendo/Nintendo 64 RGB cable - This cable will work as a standalone SNES RGB cable with regular Commodore 1084 monitors (non 1084S-D1 monitors). It will also work with the above adapter on Sony RGB monitors with the BNC type inputs. Nintendo 64's must be internally modded for RGB to work with this.
Atari Jaguar RGB cable - This cable will work as a standalone Jaguar RGB cable with Commodore 1084S-D1 monitors. (not regular 1084 monitors) It will also work with the above adapter on Sony RGB monitors with the BNC type inputs.
