This is just as the title says. I have tested it a couple times. Also, the dude I bought it from ripped a hole in the art bag trying to open it 
Other than that, it is new from the factory. Kit includes: CPS 2 A+B boards, bezel sticker and warning stickers, a giant poster, flyer, instruction manual, feet, clips, box and all packing material (bags, cardboard covers). This hasn't been phoenixed or anything.
Only looking for trades for other shooting games in their arcade format. If you're interested, shoot me a PM with your offer.
