How do I clean corrosion off pcb

I've got a PCB that has white powder like substances around the pins on some of the chips. What can I use to clean corrosion off a board?

Radio Shack has stuff called "Electronics Cleaner" it comes in a small can and has a brush attached. Just disconnect the PCB, squirt the cleaner onto the brush, and brush the contacts. That should do it.

I use windex and q-tip for cleaning all of my carts. It has not failed me yet!
