I will never buy anything again from Gamequestdirect.com ( link1 - link2 ). Buyers, beware... 
It was a couple of months ago, but I thought it was interesting to share this with the forum.
The story: (ps: sorry for my english)
I am located in France and bought some GBA games from them. I paid some quite expensive charge for EMS shipping (a lot higher than expected), but at least they arrived well packed in a small box.
Unfortunately, one of the games ordered was Gunstar Super Heroes and they sent me Advance Guardian Heroes instead.
Well, "no big deal" I thought first, relying on them to correct the mistake as they promised. So, I did what they asked:
- they asked me to ship back the misshipped item well packed, promising I would be reimbursed of the postage cost and they would send me the correct game by EMS...
So I paid Global Priority Mail insured to ship back the misshipped item in a sturdy cardboard box as requested, waiting for the replacement.
...How naive I was...
...
The "correct" game arrived 3 weeks after they got the one I sent back. My game was supposed to be shipped EMS (had paid for it), but they actually did Airmail Economy without any insurance... But hold on, I haven't told you the worst yet:
unlike what I did for sending the misshipped, they put my game in an awful single airless-bubble envelope !!!....As you know how fragile are GBA carton-boxes, you can guess in what condition my Gunstar Super Heroes arrived: an horrible crushed pancake-like thing !!!!
...But hold on, the story is not over !!
They had also completely forgotten their word, which means they would NOT reimburse anything, neither the postage I paid for their mistake when I sent back the misshipped game, nor the EMS I initially paid for my order !!!
Of course, no need to say they wouldn't do anything about the completely smashed Gunstar Super Heroes...
So I filed a complaint with Paypal, which ended to say this, basically, "we cannot do anything, sorry... buy your items on eBay so you will be well protected.
Well, a shame.
