like what u said, there's a resistor. u may need to cut that off (do not remove da resistor in case need to re-attach), then u replace it with some other resistor value. im dont know MVS mod, so my recommendation: ask for more info BEFORE u start your own modification.

hmm.... no resistor shits, i think.

Converting PAL Neo's to NTSC:

1. Remove the resistor that is located towards the top-right of the board, marked "PAL".

2. Replace the video sync crystal with one that is rated at 3.579545 MHz.
This is located in the top left area of the board.

3. Change the PAL/NTSC setting of the CXA1145 video decoder chip.
Usually (on all the newer style boards), you will see an NTSC jumper that is empty and a
PAL jumper that is set. Just take the PAL one off and set the NTSC one.

guys, don't forget that there are at least 3 totally different board revisions.. the jumpers will be located in entirely different places, so don't go randomly cutting stuff until you KNOW it's the right place for your neogeo.

Take a very clear pic of the whole board and email it to me, I don't have another AES system with the same kind of layout as your so I need a clear pic.
