If this is the system I sold you, it is slow because it is running at 50HZ, you can cut a jumper in there for 60hz which will be faster. I think someone here will be very helpful to point out the correct website.

Nah, they don't have any information on PAL to NTSC...strange but the guy that I bought this machine from said that it is an NTSC machine???
