Anyone in EU repair Neo's?

I have a screwed system (an idiot used the wrong polarity 5v 3A PSU on my system) that displays a garbled screen and nothing else. According to Winston Goh it could be the 6 capacitators located near the power jack. I don't think they are the problem since I replaced them and I still get the same crap. Anyone in the EU feel like fixing a neo?
