MVS 6-slot's sound VERY low??? Any suggestions to fix? (PLEASE CLOSE - DOUBLE POSTED)

So here's the skinny... when I first boot up the MVS 6 slot, the sound is so low that it’s almost silent. The sound gradually gets louder after the system has been on for about 15 minutes or so, but is still only as high as what I would consider the LOWEST volume setting on most MVS cabinets that I have used. I checked the speakers to make sure they weren’t blown and they aren’t. I even tried messing with the volume, but it never gets any louder. However, the headphones jacks work just fine and will adjust correctly with the volume switch on the board.

Sounds like the typical sound prob with all MVS boards.. You need to replace the caps around the sound area and she will be as good as new.

I've done it on a 4 slot but not a 6 slot board.. you'll have to wait for someone to point you into the right direction.
