Garou MVS: Boot Or 20 Characters?

Someone I know got their hands on a Japanese Garou MVS cart. The color of the shell is kind of a cobalt blue, if I have the name of the color right. I recall the U.S. MVS carts I saw were transparent, waiting on better pics and hopefully pics of the boards inside.

Tried Google but couldn't find confirmation if the Japanese MVS carts were this color.

Actually, looking at that I think the shell on his cart might be that color, and it looked blue because of poor lighting in the picture.

Mine is green, just like Chris's. If it is that color, it is probably fine. Naturally, a peek at the motherboard would be the more definitive way of checking.

Case is kind of unimoprtant. Look at the PCBs inside the case.
