6 Slot Graphics Problem

Alright, so assuming the contacts are clean, on both the carts & the board, does anyone know what I can check for, to fix this? My voltages are all dead on, and the odd thing is, is that the same glitches (lines in sprites) are consistent on all games. I read somewhere that it could be a problem with the SFIX chip, but the details were vague, to say the least. Seeing as how I've got boards I can use for replacement parts, anyone know what particular ICs to check? Does it do it on all the slots?

Have you tried a different cartridge? Do all carts do it?

In your parts bin do you have a spare top board to swap in for testing?

yep, every single cart, every slot -

no spare top 6-slot board, nope
