i recently purchased an empty Super Neo 29 Candy cabinet (only contained the monitor) that i wanted to convert into a mame machine. I've followed the instructions that came with the ArcadeVGA card - installing the drivers & control panel to my Dell GX270 computer, and attached both the PS2 & VGA cables to the Jpac. When i boot up, i get a very distorted screen on the arcade monitor, as well as no lights on the JPac. I've searched google, yahoo & other message boards for cases similar to this, and come up with no resolutions... anybody think they could guide me in the right direction?

Here's a pic of the screen:

sounds like either your JPAC or your powersupply is jacked up.

I'd have your JPac placed in another cab and see if it gives you anything at all.

well, i tried hooking up a single slot board to the jamma harness, and it worked fine. it's just when i try the jpac... i hope it isn't jacked.

thanks for the advice!
