Hi,
I turned on my cabinet a little while back and the screen came on all-white (with diagonal lines going along the screen) so I opened the back to check the dials hadn't been moved. While doing this (I didn't actually change any of the settings), it flickered off and back on then a few seconds later died completely. I turned the whole thing off and left it for a few minutes before trying to power on again. This time, it came on, but the picture is all scrambled.
The only identification the monitor has is a sticker on the back of the tube with "Samsung 51GGD95X-TC" printed on it (along with some safety warnings).
Can anybody think of a possible solution? I can't really afford an entire replacement monitor, so I'd like to fix it if possible (failing that, I'll go with a 19" SCART TV or maybe even a VGA monitor).
Thanks.
PS: Here are some pictures of the problem and a video in .mov format (all my camera can handle). The game being run is Metal Slug X. You can make out that something is running but as the pics show, it's far from playable.
