RGB Output on this monitor?????

I plan on purchasing a Sony PVM Monitor and want to know if it support RGB. I know it says that it has an RGB output, but it is labeled VTR. Can I use SCART cables on this monitor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the specs:

Standard scan? I would say yes. Is this the Sony TV model which had the wierd side handles as part of the case? Then we used them all the time there....

Nightmare Tony, Yes it is the monitor that has the built in handles. I just want to make sure it will work for RGB before dropping $1200 for it. Does it use standart SCART cables or will I have to wire something unique? Any images or information would help a lot. Also, where can I get these cables for RGB use on the NEO GEO and other systems?

doesn't sound like it can do standard RGB. more like it has a VGA input (which uses RGB lines too).
