Wanted info : playing samples on the neo

Yup, great question for the few guys into the neo dev wink

I'm looking for info on how to play a sample on neo. Only sample (sound effect), I'm not into music yet

Would of course also need data format to be used in the V chips.


Any help appreciated.

init z80 and some RAM maybe
"get" the sample from ROM
point your player to the start address of sample
set it off

of course, I'm just guessing - I have no real idea.

I think they are some kind of pcm, i could check this weekend if i can figure out the format.
